Edward is the Managing Partner at Boateng-Addo, N. Nketiah & Associates and has over 20 years’ experience in legal practice. His experience spans across the corporate/commercial and dispute resolution terrain. He has advised clients on corporate and regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, intellectual property and entertainment law. Edward has a wealth of experience with representing multi-national corporations involved in high value and complicated legal disputes in various sectors including oil and gas, technology, telecommunications, banking, IP and entertainment. He has also represented and advised clients facing allegations of white-collar crimes. His practical approach to case analyses and problem solving makes him the “go to lawyer” and a formidable opponent in the court room. Edward has been employed at some of the highest-ranking corporate/commercial law firms and Chambers such as AB& David (Ghana), ENS Africa (Ghana) and N.Dowuona and Company (Ghana), Carmelite Chambers (London) and Church Court Chambers (London).

Cleopatra is an amicable and passionate legal practitioner with over a decade of experience in the public and private sectors. Cleopatra has substantial experience with handling corporate and regulatory compliance issues as well as experience in commercial transactions. Having started her career providing legal advice to start ups and fintech companies, Cleopatra now has extensive knowledge in the legal tech, IT and telecommunications landscape. Cleopatra also has a wealth of experience in sports law. As a board member of the Ghana Football Association Women’s Premier League, Cleopatra also possesses an in-depth knowledge on sports law and has assisted the Ghana Football Association on a wide range of player related transactions, and has advised international clients on the legal/regulatory requirements for being a football intermediary in Ghana.

Cleopatra has worked with several firms such as Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa and Ankomah Law (Ghana), Chambers of Arthur Marriott QC (London), Abbey & Nat Solicitors (London), Cray Valley Solicitors (London), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Ghana) and N Nketiah Law. She has a well-rounded profile and is keen on using both her local and international experiences to assist clients to succeed.

Cleopatra’s portfolio covers a broad spectrum of complicated legal matters including advising Facebook, Samsung, Uber and YouTube on legislative developments relevant to their operations in Ghana in the telecommunications industry, advising Canon and Hewlett Packard on the legal and regulatory requirements relating to the closure of their branches in Ghana. She is often sought for her business and strategic approach when advising clients.

Cleopatra is an alumna of the Harvard Business School Online, Johan Cruyff Institute (Barcelona), Brunel University Law School (London), BPP University College (London), Ghana School of Law and the University of Ghana.

Cleopatra is called to the Ghana Bar as well as the New York Bar.

Mary is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and holds a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law, along with an LLB from the University of Ghana, where she was recognized as the best student in International Humanitarian Law. She also has an Executive Certificate in Business Administration and is currently pursuing an LLM in Energy Law to expand her expertise.

Alberta Fosua Mensah is the Operations and Administrative Manager at Boateng-Addo, N. Nketiah (BANN) & Associates, where she oversees the firm’s administrative and human resource functions and serves as a key liaison between management and employees. She ensures smooth day-to-day operations, manages schedules, coordinates internal processes, and fosters effective communication across both legal and support teams and with clients.

With experience in recruitment, compliance, and office management from her role as Senior Recruitment and Compliance Officer at Genesis Outsourcing Ghana Ltd., Alberta brings a meticulous, organized approach to her work. She is recognized for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to creating efficient, supportive work environments.
